Exchange & Return Policy

Items can be returned within 45 days of the delivery date.

Return & Exchange how to:

1. Try on items to ensure desired fit, size, ect.
   
   
2. If it is determined exchanges or return is needed please use original box, if new box is needed let us know and we can arrange for a new box to be sent to you.
   
   
3. When ready for item to mail let us know, we will send a prepaid label.
   
   
4. Drop off item at any UPS store or UPS shipping location. If shipping using courier of your choice, tracking is strongly recommended; we cannot be responsible for items with no tracking that have been "lost" in the mail.
   
   
5. An email will be sent out to let you know when your return has been processed or when the product you requested in exchange will be sent out.
   
   

Please be advised that worn, damaged, washed, or altered goods cannot be returned. Sorry but we assume you understand.

Please allow four weeks from the date we receive your item for your refund to be processed. All refund will be returned to the original payment method. In some cases, it can take up to 14 business days from the time we process the refund for the payment to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
